Once photographs are stored in memory, after capturing, they are easily transferred to a computer using Universal Serial Bus(USB) connection. Once saved, the images can be manipulated.

Advantages:

It is easier to produce photographs for transfer to a computer or to a printer.
It is easy to delete a photo from memory if not satisfied.
The memory cards can store several thousands of photographs.'


Disadvantages:

The camera user needs to be computer literate.
